So the GI clinic use to have just the one doctor we have seen for almost a year now, and wile in the NICU, they have a NP in there too but we never saw her, I am not sure what cases she handles or if it was our insurance. Any way I go in today and They have 2 new names on the wall, I ask and they say yep in the past 3 months we have gotten 2 new doctors, Landon will still see Dr. Crissinger because your referal is for her. I did met them and Talk with them apparently they are Landon is popular. LOL, Any way we also saw a student, I have no problems talking with the students I mean how else are they suppose to learn.
Landon is still 23pounds and 31 inches tall, so He has grown an inch taller, but not gainned any weight in 4 months, she didn't seem conserned at all about that, but she did about all the gaging and Landon even gaged for them, LOL so they put him on Axid, just another med. for reflux. He is on 30mg. of Prevacid that is a PPI drug for reflux and Axid is an H2 Blocker drug for reflux so they work in diffrent ways, I am in high hopes that the Axid helps. The meds have to be spaced out some I give the Prevacid as soon as he wakes up, so that he can eat before we head out, he has to wait 30 minutes, I now have to give him the Axid at least 4 hours from the time I gave the Prevacid, and an hour later he can have his Allergy meds, then I have to wait 4 hours fom the 1st Axid dose to give him the 2nd. Thank God it is only 2 x's a day. The Axid is not a huge dose but not so little either, 3ml, with 15mg in each ml
Landon did very well, he did not scream and cry and even smiled at the Student doctor, but the studant was a guy and we have never seen a guy doctor so I guess Landon thought it was safe! LOL
