My Sister's Wedding

My sister Heather got married yesterday. She had the best wedding I have ever been to that wasn't mine of course. But I think everone should believe they had the best wedding. I was not stressed out as much as I thought I would be, Heather was stressed but she was the bride and she had every right to be stessed out to the max!! Things went so smoothly and every time a was about to cry I gave a big smile and thought about how Happy Heather and Jason are so I was able to only cry a few tears. No huge tears, my mom did and I am sure I will cry as much on Madalyn's wedding day as I did on the day she was born. Jason's mom and grandmother cried as much as my mom did. So I expect when my boys get married it will be much of the same. I hope I have 10 or so more years before I have to go through any of that. The food was great and the cake yumm.... Lemon and strawberry layers. The decor on the car was great yet very tastful, just like Heather and Jason themselves. Because we were at the church there was no dancing, so we went to the same place Jason and I danced at after our wedding. Heather and Jason danced to LifeHouse, Can't take my eyes off of you. He sang to her and then we all danced together for about an hour after that my kids were so tired we came home, and they went to sleep. All of my kids were in the wedding except Landon and wile he was suppose to ride in the wagon with Chloe he fell asleep about 10 minutes before the wedding began and no one dared to wake him. It turned out just fine. He was in all the before and after photos. We even got to take a Family picture, just Me Jason and our kids I hope it turnes out, bcause if it does I am buying a canves for our wall.

Oh and on a not so funny (to me) note, at the pary the night before, all the bridesmaids pulled a charm out of a cake made for us and out of 12 diffrent charmes I pulled first and pulled the BABY carrage!!!!!! WTF!!

Going Crazy, Crazy

I am not sure how we can fit anything else into our lives right now. Madalyn and Collin have started ball They are both doing a great job, Collin is not sure about hitting and when to swing just yet. He was swinging at all the balls that were thrown at him, no matter how far off they were, he didn't realize he didn't have to swing at all the balls, so we talked to him and tought him the diffrence between a ball and a strike, and we thought he understood and he did in our yard. When he got up to bat he didn't swing AT ALL!! LOL, so we got some more teaching to do I guess. Madalyn is hiting fine, at practice, but when another team's girl is pitching to her she gets scared. She has been hit by the ball a couple of times and lived, so I am not sure what she is scared of.

I went on a field trip with Collin to the Gulf Breeze Zoo today. We had a great time, I went when Madalyn was in the 1st grade too, they had a bit more whenever I went with Madalyn and I am not sure what all has happened to the zoo, except it has went down hill. Collin didn't know though and he LOVED it.

I go with Madalyn to the New Orleans Zoo on thursday. I have not been over there since the storm, and wouldn't allow Madalyn to go by herself, but I think things are better over there than I expect them to be, Or at least I hope so.

Aden is doing just fine, he has grown-up a lot in the past few months, he is like an independant Kid.

Landon is doing better, now that he has the Axid, I wish he didn't need any meds. at all.

New GI's no new answers

So the GI clinic use to have just the one doctor we have seen for almost a year now, and wile in the NICU, they have a NP in there too but we never saw her, I am not sure what cases she handles or if it was our insurance. Any way I go in today and They have 2 new names on the wall, I ask and they say yep in the past 3 months we have gotten 2 new doctors, Landon will still see Dr. Crissinger because your referal is for her. I did met them and Talk with them apparently they are Landon is popular. LOL, Any way we also saw a student, I have no problems talking with the students I mean how else are they suppose to learn.
Landon is still 23pounds and 31 inches tall, so He has grown an inch taller, but not gainned any weight in 4 months, she didn't seem conserned at all about that, but she did about all the gaging and Landon even gaged for them, LOL so they put him on Axid, just another med. for reflux. He is on 30mg. of Prevacid that is a PPI drug for reflux and Axid is an H2 Blocker drug for reflux so they work in diffrent ways, I am in high hopes that the Axid helps. The meds have to be spaced out some I give the Prevacid as soon as he wakes up, so that he can eat before we head out, he has to wait 30 minutes, I now have to give him the Axid at least 4 hours from the time I gave the Prevacid, and an hour later he can have his Allergy meds, then I have to wait 4 hours fom the 1st Axid dose to give him the 2nd. Thank God it is only 2 x's a day. The Axid is not a huge dose but not so little either, 3ml, with 15mg in each ml

Landon did very well, he did not scream and cry and even smiled at the Student doctor, but the studant was a guy and we have never seen a guy doctor so I guess Landon thought it was safe! LOL

More Adeventures of the GI clinic

I take Landon back to the GI tomarrow at 2. We haven't been in a wile, and I was even thinking of trying to go off his meds, until a few weeks ago, he has been eating less for a wile now and the Ped said it was his age, and yea they do slow down a bit at this age so I tried not to think of it as a problem (not as easy as it sounds). Then his sleep started being bad and again I thought, Well he is almost 2 so maybe he is going to stop taking a nap, he would not be the 1st almost 2 year old to stop with the naps. So I srugged it off, What I can't srugg off is the fact that he does want a napa and will nap as long as he has a pillow, I never let him sleep on a pillow before, but noticed when I laided him on my bed on a pillow he staied asleep, so when he stopped sleeping at night I added a pillow to his bed and wouldn't you know it, he slept all night just fine. Another thing I can't shrugg off is the fact that he has started to gag, he gags on all kinds of stuff, bannanas, pasta, ceral, juice, milk, well not real cows milk he throws cows milk up so he drinks Silk the soy milk, the kind made for kids. He also throws up Ice cream and mac and chesses, so we don't give them to him. He never gets cows milk but I hae tried to give him mac and cheese cause he loves it, but it all comes right back at me. I have tried Ice Cream and it comes flying out the other end, TMI i know. SO I am hoping she will have an answer or two for us. I won't do a milk allergy test because I know he has one and that allergy test means a overnight hospital stay, that I don't think he needs. I Know he has other allergies and we were suppose to get some testing soon, but our insurance is poky about these things. I don't wan him to have the poke test done just the blood test 1st and see what that has to say. I will be pushing for it if it has not happened before his 2year check up in July.
I can not belive I am talking about my baby being 2 already, that seemes so unreal to me.
OK so I will update tomarrow, Heres hoping she knows what she is suppose to!! LOL
